Affluent Partners Holdings Limited was listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on October 17, 2014 (stock code: 1466), with its primary business being jewelry. The Group completed the acquisition of Beijing Baijin Biological Technology Co., Ltd. in February 2024, expanding its business to high-end jewelry and biomedical R&D as well, with the research, development, production, and sales of its own brand of skincare products, including brand consulting services. The Company was officially renamed “Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited” in December 2024.

The Group is positioned as a biopharmaceutical company dedicated in anti-aging and preventive medicine, as well as cellular precision therapy. Its mission is to produce health products that are affordable for the general public.

The Group currently has a laboratory with a total area of 7,200 square meters and has carried out in-depth cooperation with numerous well-known universities and research institutes at home and abroad to fully marketize its research findings.

Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries have two main business segments: life science and high-end jewelry.

Life Science：
Under cellular technology-based services, provide including cellular drugs R&D, large molecule drugs R&D, clinical research services and R&D and sales on self-owned skincare brand.

Fine Jewelry：
Focus on the procurement, processing, design, production and wholesale distribution of pearls and fine jewelry products.
